Glow Water is a combination of water and fluorescent dye from a highlighter pen. When you shine a UV (black) light onto the glow water, it glows. This video will show you how to extract the dye from the highlighter pen and make glow water.

On a cool Boston night during a tEp lemonade I bring out my UV dye. Just a pinch turns the entire pool glowy green under a UV bulb. Swimming in this nontoxic brew was fun, but is an eye irritant, be careful, be cool, be awesome.
